Magic Bag - Neck-to-Back

Heat therapy

After heating the Magic Bag in the microwave (see Instructions for Use), set each of the bag’s arms on your shoulders, pulling it forward until the nape of the neck rests on the bag. It will immediately blanket you with heat, providing comfort, relaxation and relief from muscle pain.

Cold therapy

For signs of inflammation, cryotherapy is recommended. Place your Magic Bag in the freezer for at least four hours. Set each of the bag’s arms on your shoulders, pulling it forward until the nape of the neck rests on the bag. Repeat the procedure every two or three hours, as needed.
