Magic Bag is a fast and effective source of radiant heat. Simply heat it in your microwave for the amount of time indicated. Test for comfort against the skin of an adult before applying to the affected area.

If stored in the freezer, Magic Bag will remain cool for about 20 minutes when applied to the body. Make sure to keep one in your freezer so it’ll be ready whenever you need it. It’s a fast and effective way to relieve pain and swelling, without the extreme cold and unpleasant dampness of ice cubes.
Heating time may need to be adjusted, due to differences of individual microwaves.
• To prevent overheating of the pack, microwave in 30 second increments until desired temperature is reached.
• After each 30 seconds, remove the pack from the microwave and check the temperature for at least 5 seconds.

For safe heating, place the Magic Bag in the center of your microwave and make sure the grains inside are evenly distributed. If the bag is too long for the rotating tray, fold it in half as illustrated.
