Menstrual Cramps

Every month, it’s the same thing: Menstrual cramps strike, making you irritable and extra-sensitive to pain. But now, the Magic Bag can help.

Applying Heat

At the first signs of pain, heat the Magic Bag in the microwave and, if possible, lie down. Heat will increase blood flow to the uterus and boost circulation, reducing cramps. A hot bath can also help. To learn more, visit Instructions for Use.

Suggestions 1

When using your Magic Bag, take the following preventive measures:

  • Complement your treatment with a massage. Gently massage your stomach, or ask your partner to massage your back.
  • Exercising throughout your cycle, but especially in the few days before your period, can help relieve pain.
  • Exercise can also help maintain circulation in the pelvis and alleviate sensations of heaviness and bloating. Stretching exercises, such as lying on the floor and pedaling in the air, are the most effective.
